Chapel Hill Transit does no appear to participate in this Google Maps service. If you pick the public transit for a directions search here, you may find as I did that the response is:
"Your search for transit directions from 143 graylyn drive, chapel hill, nc to E Franklin St, Chapel Hill, Orange, North Carolina 27514 appears to be outside our current coverage area. Please consult our list of participating public transit agencies."
When clicking on that link, the list does not include Chapel Hill Transit or any other public transit in NC.
